Today's Interest in Competition BBQ
We're interested in is cooking in BBQ Contests. The KCBS backyard contests are most interesting to us, more so than the traditional 4 meat "pro BBQ competition" format, along with the other one and two meat barbecue contests.
Teach and promote BBQ, focusing on the backyard, both in competition and cooking for family and friends; this would also help educate BBQ judges.
Our Roll in Making you a Better Pitmaster
We're developing recipes and barbecue processes that encourage participation and the preservation of barbecue's history and art form in competition and cooking for family and friends in the backyard. We'll be developing a program where we perform unbiased product testing and restaurant reviews. We have a solid, well-rounded background that would make us the perfect partner, as you will soon see as you get to know us.
